The ESI Economic Stress Index is a multi-factored, independent variable composite of:

• Unemployment Statistics
• Cost of Living Index
• Foreclosures
• Bankruptcies
• Tax Records
• Income Data

These data elements have been weighted, and run through a scoring algorithm to create a relative index; 1-6; best to worst; reflecting the economic stress for a discrete area. In populated areas, data are generally discrete to a zip code, village, or township. Sparse population areas are aggregated at the county level.

You will be able to score both your house file and prospect names. These scores have been back tested against actual sales results proving out time, and time again, the high degree of predictability at both ends of the index spectrum.

All you have to do is email to us a file you would like to have scored. The data must be fixed field, or ASCII comma delimited. We will return your data with the score appended to the end of each record. You may send your file via email to esi@acg-computech-direct.com. For larger files we can provide you with a secure; password protected ftp site. Just let us know what works for you.

A scoring project is a minimum of $400 and will include a recap report by state counting the records at the different score levels. The passing charge is $6.00/M client records processed.
